As a Event Volunteer
Our school hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including Chinese New Year Celebration, Racial Harmony Day Celebration, Children’s Day Carnival etc.

These events provide valuable opportunities for our students, teachers and parents to come together, learn and have fun. PSG also works closely with the school to organise activities and workshops, such as Level Transition workshop and Parent-Child bonding activity to strengthen our support to our children and facilitate experience sharing among parents and experts.

By joining our Event Support Committee, you can contribute your time, ideas and enthusiasm to ensure that these events run smoothly and leave a meaningful and positive impact.

Event Setup
Help with event preparations, including arranging seating, decorating venues and ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
Activity Coordination
Manage activity stations, coordinate workshops and engage with students to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience.
Crowd Management
Help direct traffic, guide attendees and ensure a safe and organised event environment.
Cleaning and Dismantling
Assist in packing up after the event, returning equipment and ensuring the venue is left in good condition.
Photography
Capture memorable moments during the event through photography.
