By submitting your registration form, you ​

• consent to Nan Chiau Primary PSG collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data for the purposes as described above; 

• consent to Nan Chiau Primary PSG collecting personal data about you from sources other than yourself and using, disclosing and/or processing the same, for one or more of the purposes as described above; 

• consent to Nan Chiau Primary PSG disclosing your personal data to third party service providers, agents or collaborators, for the purposes as described above; 

• represent and warrant that you are the user and/or subscriber of the personal information provided by you in the registration form. 

We are delighted to have you participate in our upcoming event. As part of our event documentation and promotional activities, we kindly request your consent to use your photograph, voice, likeness and image. 
The event may be recorded through photography, videography or audio recordings. By participating in the event, you agree to grant us the following rights: 

• Photographs and Images: You grant us the right to capture photographs and images of you during the event. 

• Voice Recording: You grant us the right to record your voice during any interviews, speeches or interactions at the event. 

• Likeness and Image Usage: You grant us the right to use, publish and display your photograph, voice, likeness and image in any media, including but not limited to: promotional materials (eg, flyers, brochures, posters), social media platforms, websites and online channels and presentations and reports. 

• Broadcasts and Public Display: You consent to the broadcasting, public display and distribution of recordings and images featuring your likeness or voice without any compensation. 
  We assure you that the usage of your photograph, voice, likeness and image will strictly be for event related purposes and to promote the activities of Nan Chiau Primary PSG. 

During the event, our official photographers and videographers will be capturing various moments, including group shots and candid recordings, to document the event and promote the activities. We understand that some individuals may prefer not to have their photos or audio-visual recordings taken and we fully respect your privacy preferences.  It is the responsibility of all event participants to proactively remove themselves from any group shots or candid recordings if they do not wish to be included in the photographs or recordings. Our photographers and videographers will make reasonable efforts to respect the privacy choices of participants who indicate their preference not to be captured.
